901 Pest Control Acquires Reign Pest Management

MEMPHIS, Tenn. –– Hill Capital Partners, doing business as 901 Pest Control, announced its acquisition of Reign Pest Management. This acquisition marks a milestone in the continued growth of 901 Pest Control and expands its reach into the East Arkansas pest control market.

Reign Pest Management has built a strong reputation for reliable, customer-focused pest control services throughout East Arkansas, West Tennessee and North Mississippi. The acquisition allows 901 Pest Control to integrate Reign Pest Management's operations and customer base into its regional footprint, which already includes North Mississippi and West Tennessee.
