A-Active Named to 'Best Places to Work' in Virginia List

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — For the third year in a row, A-Active Termite and Pest Control, servicing all of Hampton Roads, Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina was named to Virginia Business magazine's “Best Places to Work” list. The company ranked #22 in the Small Employer category and was honored at a luncheon on Feb.  6, at the Williamsburg Lodge in Williamsburg, Va.

A-Active provides their employees with such benefits identified in the survey such as 401(k), an HMO plan, a high deductible health plan, flexible spending accounts, paid community service leave and tuition reimbursement. The Best Places to Work in Virginia list is made up of a total of 100 companies, split into three groups: small employers (fewer than 100 employees) mid-sized employers (100-250 employees), and large-sized employers (more than 250 employees).
