Independent franchisee satisfaction research firm Franchise Business Review identified A All Animal Control as one of the Top 100 franchises to qualify for its 2017 Top Franchises for Veterans list.

A All Animal Control began in 1995 in Denver, Colo., after founder Mark Dotson recognized an opportunity when his neighbor offered to pay him to remove a squirrel out of her attic. The company has grown steadily throughout the years. After 19 years the A All Animal Control torch was passed to Brian and Josie Moss from Houston, Texas. The Moss’s joined the AAAC team as franchisees in 2008 after Brian’s retirement from the Army.
To identify the top brands, Franchise Business Review analyzed 18 months of data from about 25,000 veteran franchise owners representing more than 250 brands regarding their satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others.
A All Animal was surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations and financial opportunity.
