ABC Home & Commercial Services Expands to the Rio Grande Valley

AUSTIN, Texa - ABC Home & Commercial Services of Austin recently acquired ASA Guardian Pest Control in Weslaco, Texas. This acquisition expands ABC’s residential and commercial pest management services throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

“I am very excited to expand to the Rio Grande Valley and welcome all customers and employees of ASA Guardian into the ABC Family,” says Bobby Jenkins, owner of ABC Home & Commercial Services. “We are looking forward to providing the community with more services, coverage, and support.”

ASA Pest Control is a family business that started in 1971 by Eloy Aguilar Sr. and merged with his son’s business, Guardian Pest Control, in 2013. Steven Aguilar, Eloy’s grandson, has been working for ABC since 2017, and with the acquisition, is now the Branch Manager for the Valley. “My family and I are very excited to be back home and this is an amazing opportunity for everyone involved. I never would have gotten my family involved if this wasn’t something I 100% believed in,” says Steven Aguilar.

ABC will continue to office out of ASA’s current location at 3501 Moreland Drive in Weslaco, Texas. There are 5 employees, who will continue working for ABC.
