Abell Pest Control
ONTARIO, Canada – Abell Pest Control hosted its second annual North American Snap Trap Challenge, a fun, friendly competition that’s fast becoming a tradition. More than just a contest, the event brings together team members from across Canada and the United States for an afternoon of connection, food and plenty of laughs.
The challenge is simple in theory but intense in execution: participants must set 10 snap traps as fast as possible. The quickest time takes the crown. After a hugely successful debut last year, expectations were high for 2025, and branches across North America delivered, showcasing their top trap-setting talent, said the company.
This year’s competition was sponsored by Victor, and Abell awarded thousands of dollars in prizes, complete with trophies for top finishers, said the company. The big winner, Emaad from Abell’s Mississauga, Ontario branch, secured first place with 24.3 seconds, taking home a $1,000 cash prize.
Beyond the thrill of competition, the Snap Trap Challenge reflects Abell’s fun-loving, team-oriented culture, said the company. It’s a chance to unwind, cheer each other on and strengthen connections across teams and regions. The excitement generated this year guarantees the Snap Trap Challenge will keep growing.
