This past summer, Abell Pest Control developed a fun way to build team morale. During team BBQ events across Canada and the US, Abell staged the Snap Trap Setup Challenge — participating staff were challenged to see who could set the most mouse traps in the least amount of time.
Snap Trap scoreboards were shared with every branch, turning the challenge into a lighthearted competition to crown Abell’s fastest trap setter.
The activity added excitement to the gatherings and encouraged teamwork and friendly rivalry, and was a fun and creative way to bring people together and build connections across the regions where Abell operates, the company said.
