Accel Pest and Termite Control
HAMPTON, Va. – Accel Pest and Termite Control announced a management reorganization in the Hampton, Va., office that allows for continued growth in the Virginia Peninsula market.
Alex Sullivan, previously the call center manager, has been promoted to area manager of the Peninsula Area. Beginning her career as a customer service representative (CSR), Sullivan has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of our customer-centric values.
In her new role, she will spearhead efforts to expand presence and drive success throughout the Peninsula market.
Joining Alex’s leadership team is Ken Teachey, who has been appointed as service manager. Teachey brings 50 years of industry experience, offering knowledge and hands-on expertise to guide field technicians.
George Stewart has been promoted to certified field trainer. Stewart will be charged with the responsibility of training new hires, ensuring uniformity in service delivery across the Peninsula office and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
