Ace Exterminating’s Chuck Irvine Earns A.C.E. Designation

CINCINNATI — Charles "Chuck" Irvine, pest control division manager for Cincinnati-based Ace Exterminating Co., recently earned Associated Certified Entomologist (A.C.E) status. This designation is earned through a study and testing program sponsored by the Entomological Society of America.

To qualify for the program, an individual must have seven years of verifiable pest management experience, a current pesticide applicator’s license and the ability to pass a test on entomology and structural pest management. The ACE exam is designed to identify practicing pest management professionals with a solid grasp of the practical aspects of applied entomology, the study of insects. Those achieving the A.C.E designation also subscribe to a Code of Ethics that upholds and honors the dignity of the profession.

Irvine has been with Ace Exterminating since 1982.
