Ace, which was founded in 1959 by the Culp brothers, is still a family-run business. Cliff Culp’s mother Wanda, and daughter Tajuanna run the office, while his brother Phillip supervises the work crew. Ace specializes in the pre-construction market.
In the Times article, Cliff Culp said the company’s attitude toward customer service is what sets it apart. “We think service is the main thing these days,” he said. “When you pick up the phone and want something done, you want it done professionally and correctly, and you don’t want to have it done again.”
