Action Pest Control Acquires Jackson Pest Management

EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Action Pest Control, based in Evansville, Ind., announced the acquisition of Jackson Pest Management, Owensboro, Ken.

Action Pest Control has branch offices in Vincennes and Indianapolis, Indiana, as well as Owensboro, Ken. The customers acquired from Jackson will be serviced out of Action’s Owensboro branch.

Action serves residential, commercial and industrial clients with a full complement of pest management services including the specialties of bird control, mosquito abatement and fumigation. The company has been ranked in the Top 100 industry companies by Pest Control Technology magazine for the last four years. Jackson Pest Management was founded in 2001 and provides services to customers in and around Owensboro. Action also acquired Lebanon Extermination Service in January.
