Scheduled speakers include Dr. Bobby Corrigan, RMC Consulting; Richard Kammerling, RK Chemical Systems; Dan Collins, Action Pest Control; Debra Storms, Bristol- Myers Squibb.
Corrigan will discuss the critical elements of Real- World IPM, including effective low impact exterior pesticide applications and pest-proofing. He’ll also provide updates in pest monitoring data and its interpretation and the importance of record keeping and communication. Corrigan will also discuss updates in exterior and interior rodent protection programs.
Kammerling will discuss the monitoring, identification and control of stored product pests, including the proper use of pheromones. He’ll also cover monitoring and control strategies for flying insects and effectively utilizing insect light traps.
Collins will discuss modern day concerns relative to various fumigants including phosphine, methyl bromide and sulfuryl fluoride, while Storms will discuss pest control audits and incident investigations from the food plant’s perspective.
The conference has received continuing education credits in Indiana and Illinois and is awaiting approval from Kentucky. Categories seeking CCH approval are 7A, 7C & 7D.
