TOMS RIVER, New Jersey – Action Termite and Pest Control announced the promotion of Rebecca Allegro to vice president of operations. In her new role, Allegro will oversee the company’s operational strategies, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and continued success with stand out customer service across all markets, the company said.
Allegro has been with Action Termite and Pest Control for more than a decade. As a former operations manager, she played a pivotal role in streamlining service delivery processes, improving customer satisfaction and enhancing team performance.
