Action Termite and Pest Control Promotes Tice to Sales Manager

TOMS RIVER, N.J. – Action Termite and Pest Control announced the promotion of Michelle Tice to sales manager. With over 25 years of leadership and sales experience, Tice brings a passion for driving results to her new leadership role, the company said.

Tice joined Action as an account executive, where she focused on client relationships and expanded the company's presence. Her efforts exceeded sales expectations, contributing to Action's growth and reputation as a leader in pest control services, the company said.

As sales manager, Tice will oversee the company’s growing sales team, lead client acquisition strategies and expand its reach across New Jersey and beyond.
