MCDONOUGH, Ga. — Active Pest Control President Tony Carder announced the acquisition of Norcrocss, Ga.-based 24 By 7 Pest Control.
The acquisition will further strengthen the North Atlanta presence of Active Pest Control, which is headquartered in Henry County, Ga.
“The acquisition is a perfect fit for Active Pest Control as it gives us a strong presence in the lucrative Gwinnet County market,” said Carder. “Combining Active’s marketing prowess with 24 By 7’s customer base will allow for both rapid new customer growth and expanded services for 24 By 7’s current customers.”
The is the second major recent acquisition for Active, which acquired Macon, Ga.-based Active Pest Control last October.
