MCDONOUGH, Ga. — Active Pest Control announces the acquisition and merger of Bennett’s Pest Service located in Perry, Ga. The acquisition strengthens Active’s middle Georgia presence and will help meet the growing needs of the area.
“We are excited to grow again,” says Tony Carder, CEO of Active Pest Control, “with an expansion to the Perry, Ga market we are better able to serve our middle Georgia market. The current team at Bennett’s has a fantastic reputation with the current demographic and we expect the changeover to be a smooth one. “
This is the fourth acquisition for Active Pest Control since 2014 and the new Perry, Ga branch will become its 15th branch location. Active Pest Control is a privately owned pest control company offering both residential and commercial pest control services, complete termite protection, and wildlife exclusions. Active Pest Control is family owned and has been serving the Metro Atlanta community since 1985.
