LAS VEGAS - Advanced IPM (Advanced Integrated Pest Management) announced it has acquired Mountain View Pest Control (“MVPC”) in Las Vegas. MVPC’s employees will join the Advanced IPM team.
“Mountain View Pest Control has built a loyal customer base in Las Vegas through genuine care, quality work, and local expertise,” said Brian Romani, president of Advanced IPM. “We’re honored to welcome their employees into the Advanced IPM family and to continue serving customers with the same technicians they know and trust - now backed by our broader resources, training, and safety standards.”
As part of the transition, Advanced IPM will introduce additional conveniences for MVPC customers, including direct contact with their technician, new payment options, access to a customer portal, a refer-a-friend program and the ability to contact with a client success team team six days a week.
“This is about delivering more value on day one,” Romani added. “Customers will see familiar faces at their next scheduled service, plus easier ways to manage their account online, additional service offerings, and around-the-clock educational resources. Our goal is a seamless, worry-free experience.”
