SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. – Agri-Turf and Tri-West Distributing hosted the 10th Annual Malcolm Stack Charity Golf Tournament at Tustin Ranch Golf Club on June 6. The event raised over $87,000 for the American Cancer Society. Since it began in 2015, over $670,000 has been raised to support cancer research and patient support services.
The tournament began at noon with a shotgun start and was followed by a hospitality hour, barbecue dinner, and awards presentation.
During the evening presentations, Kristyn Grime, associate director for ACS Southern California Market, said, “The American Cancer Society is so appreciative of this partnership with Agri-Turf and Tri-West Distributing. The funds raised through this event benefit the Southern California community through patient programs and services, life-saving research, and 24/7 support for patients and their families.”
During the evening presentation, Donna Browne, vice president of sales for Agri-Turf, thanked the guests and Tri-West Ltd., for helping to make the event a success, “It’s nice to see so many familiar faces in the audience who return to this event every year. We appreciate the support of our sponsors who make this event possible.”
During the evening program, guests heard from cancer survivor Lon Records about the importance of getting annual check-ups and pursuing a second opinion from a center of excellence.
The tournament will be returning to Tustin Ranch Golf Club in June of 2025.
