JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – McCall Service announced the retirement of Al Formella, vice president of operations, after 40 years in the industry.
Formella joined McCall Service in 1983 as a termite technician and served in every available operation role in the company. He previously served as regional director of the Florida Pest Management Association and committee chairperson for the Copesan Development Committee.
McCall Service Brand Ambassador and former owner John Cooksey said that Formella touched countless lives.
“He is very involved in our Florida Pest Control Association, with his teams, and with his Ocala community,” Cooksey said. “Many look up to him for wisdom, guidance and mentorship. I am fortunate to know him well and to call him a friend.”
