NASHVILLE, Tenn. — All Pest Solutions has expanded its services to include Turf Team, a new turf care division under the leadership of Certified Turfgrass Professional (CTP) Lee Plowman.
“In addition to solving and preventing pest problems for our customers, we have now expanded our services to include the prevention of turf-damaging insects, grassy weeds, brown patch, crabgrass and much more,” said All Pest Solutions Vice President Tim Blankenship. “It’s a natural extension of our current services for both residential and commercial customers.
Plowman recently completed Principals of Turfgrass Management and is now a Certified Turfgrass Professional through the Department of Certificate Programs at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education in Athens, Ga.
The comprehensive study course was created to help participants master up-to-date turfgrass management practices and procedures; understand the principles of warm and cool season turfgrass establishment, growth maintenance and troubleshooting.
Turf Team professionals evaluate lawn needs and provide services including organic and traditional fertilization programs, insect and disease control, weed control, herbicides, fungicides, fire ant control, aeration and overseeding for both residential and commercial needs.
Founded in 1970 by Tim’s grandfather Robert Byrd Blankenship, the third generation family-owned business has grown from a handful of customers to more than 4,000 customers primarily in Williamson, Davidson and Rutherford counties in Tennessee.
