AUGUSTA, Ga. - Allgood Pest Solutions has acquired Augusta, Ga.-based. Eli's Pest Control.
The acquisition added four new employees to the Allgood Pest Solutions team – Jason Wright, Leo Morse, Shawn Brantley and Richard Riffe. Former owner Eli Wright will act as a consultant to aid in the transition process.
“We are excited to have the opportunity to provide quality pest control services to more people in the Augusta area,” said Allgood Pest Solutions CEO Lanny Allgood. Eli’s Pest Control serviced Augusta and the surrounding communities for more than 34 years. The company was established under the ‘Do it the Wright Way’ mantra. “We’ve ensured our new customers that we will do all we can with our experience and resources to exceed their expectations throughout the acquisition period.”
