Allgood Pest Solutions Acquires Southeastern Exterminating

WAYCROSS, Ga. — Allgood Pest Solutions has acquired Southeastern Exterminating, Waycross, Ga., according to Lanny Allgood, President of Allgood Services, Dublin, Ga.

“My brother John and I are proud of our service here, but it’s time for us to pursue other endeavors. However, finding a good home for our employees and our customers was essential. We chose Allgood because of their commitment to this industry and the communities they serve,” said Ashley Kieffer, president of Southeastern.

Mitchell’s 23 years experience, along with Kelly’s 21 years and Randy’s 30 years, will continue to be of value to this community.”
