DUBLIN, Ga. — The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) has awarded its QualityPro designation to Allgood Services, a privately owned pest control company headquartered in Dublin, Ga., and doing business as Allgood Pest Solutions.
“QualityPro is the mark of excellence in pest management,” said President Lanny Allgood. “We strive to deliver excellent service with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm. This designation, like the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, offers consumers solid proof of the thoroughness and quality of our business practices.”
As a QualityPro-approved company, Allgood has taken extraordinary steps to ensure a higher level of customer satisfaction. The company has met or exceeded industry standards by employing only highly trained, credentialed employees; practicing an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) philosophy; offering clear, easy-to-understand warranties and service agreements; maintaining a drug-free workplace; advertising truthfully and ethically; and maintaining an up-to-date insurance policy.
“Completing the rigorous QualityPro approval process speaks volumes about Allgood’s professionalism and dedication to operational and customer service excellence,” said Andrew Architect, executive director of QualityPro. “It’s especially gratifying that their initial application for membership made the company the 300th NPMA member to seek the QualityPro designation.”
