ROUND ROCK, Texas — Alta Pest Control has named Kara Strevey its new vice president of marketing. Strevey brings more than a decade of marketing leadership across private-equity–backed home service brands, with a proven track record of scaling customer acquisition, strengthening brand equity, and leading high-performing teams across multiple states.

In her role, Strevey leads national brand strategy, growth marketing and customer acquisition efforts across all Alta markets. She is responsible for the company’s brand, marketing operations and digital transformation, aligning marketing with inside sales and field operations to drive sustainable growth and customer retention.
Known for her data-driven yet creative approach, she focuses on optimizing ROI, refining customer experiences and unifying Alta’s marketing voice under the company’s tagline, “Taking pests to a better place.”
Before joining Alta, Strevey led marketing for multi-state home service companies in the HVAC, plumbing and electrical industries, delivering full-funnel programs that improved revenue, strengthened customer engagement and increased profitability.
