So far this year, more than 200 real estate professionals have been enjoying freshly grilled Angus burgers, hot dogs, sausages and more cooked and served on location by Ameri Care Services, a locally owned termite and pest control provider in Middle Tennessee. This summer’s campaign was launched in June to show the company’s appreciation to the Realtors who do business with them year round.
“Our general manager, Joe Manna, brought the idea to Ameri Care when he began working for us in January of this year, and it’s been a tremendous success,” said owner Tom Swett. “Realtors and the referrals that they bring to us are very important to our industry. This is just one of the ways we can show them we appreciate their business.”
The Ameri Care team takes its grill, tents, chairs, food and drinks to the various real estate professionals in Middle Tennessee and then cooks and serves the grilled lunch at their offices.
“It’s one thing to tell realtors that Ameri Care has a special brand of customer service; it’s another thing to prove it. We believe our “Cookin’ on the Lot!” campaign lets our customers know we care about them and our relationship with them,” Manna said.
“And it gives our customer service reps a chance to get out and meet all those Realtors that they speak to daily over the phone. It’s always nice to be able to put a face with a name,” Swett said. “We expect to continue this campaign every year. Goodwill, and good food — is there a better combination?”
