Ameri Care Promotes Jeff Burrow to Pest Control Supervisor

Ameri Care Services announced the promotion of lead pest control technician Jeff Burrow to pest control supervisor. Burrow has been working in the customer service industry for many years. Previously, Burrow worked eight years in management for national leaders such as CVS, Abercrombie & Finch and Fossil.

“Retail is customer service driven,” said Burrow, “And it never stops. When I originally joined Ameri Care it was because of their dedication to customer satisfaction. I’ve incorporated some of my own experiences into the job that we believe continue to be a benefit to the customer.”

Added Ameri Care Owner Tom Swett, “Jeff has been instrumental in continuing to add to the foundation Ameri Care is built upon. The Flex Program he helped create is working well for our customers with busy lifestyles and helps increase our technicians’ efficiency. They love it, too. It’s all about finding more and better ways to serve customers that will continue to make us a leader in pest control in Middle Tennessee.”

Burrow is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
