“Region III encompasses all of Middle Tennessee, including Nashville. It’s a very active division of TPCA, and I’m looking forward to our chapter continuing to have a voice in the rules and regulations that govern our industry,” Swett said.
The purpose of TPCA is to provide its members with continuing education covering legislation, product information, regulatory issues and customer service training. “Members of the TPCA, including Ameri Care, pledge to conduct our business in an ethical and professional manner. Integrity and honesty are the foundation of the services we provide to our customers and our industry,” Swett stated.
“Our industry is changing daily. With the issues of our environment in the news every day, it has never been more important for PCOs to reinforce our commitment to providing the most advanced and green friendly products available on the market today. It is our goal to provide services to protect health, environment and property in Middle Tennessee communities,” he said. Swett will take over the position that was held by outgoing President Tim Brown for the past eighteen months.
