MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Ameri Care Services recently received the pest control industry’s equivalent to the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval by being named a QualityPro operator. QualityPro is an industry program rating system designed to increase professionalism of the industry through self-regulation and to ensure that the highest standards are not only maintained by its members but often exceeded.
“Very specific criteria from product handling to hiring practices combine to insure that only the very best most committed to excellence pest control operators receive this seal of approval,” said National Pest Management Association (NPMA) coordinator Andrew Architect. “ QualityPro companies are environmentally responsible, and committed to providing consumers with the highest possible service and are built around the four key principles of business operations, consumer relations, environmental stewardship, and technician training.”
“Before NPMA created the QualityPro rating system, it did research that included focus groups telling researchers what consumers needed in order to be able to make a decision regarding pest control service and the company that you would ultimately end up choosing. Research included discussions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, state pesticide officials, and national media,” said Ameri Care Owner Tom Swett.
“When a pest control professional meets and continues to maintain these standards year after year, it means that the company cares enough about doing a good job that they will go the extra mile every time with every customer,” said Architect.
QualityPro is designed to assist consumers in choosing a pest management professional by making the selection process easier by identifying pest management companies that excel.
