FULTON, Md. - American Pest, a subsidiary of Anticimex, announced it has acquired Fidelity Exterminating Specialists, a pest control firm serving parts of Maryland.
Fidelity Exterminating was founded in Cambridge, Md., in 1949, and services residential homes and private businesses.
"With the acquisition of Fidelity, we will expand our Maryland service territory north into Baltimore and Harford counties," says David Billingsly, president of American Pest. The acquisition of Fidelity Exterminating Specialists brings seven professionals to American Pest’s growing team.
