American Pest Management Launches Pest Control Bug Blog

Takoma Park, Md.-based American Pest Management has launched a company-wide blog initiative that will focus on pest control issues.

TAKOMA PARK, Md. —American Pest Management announced that it has launched a company-wide blog initiative that will focus on pest control issues. The blog is titled Pest Control Community and can be found at http://www.americanpestmanagement.com.

American Pest Management's blog — Pest Control Community — will include 21 different authors including five staff entomologists who will share tips and techniques on how to control termite and other pesky pests as well as alerts on local neighborhood bug outbreaks and how to control them. American also will use the blog to track the forecasted elimination of 1 billion bugs this pest control season.

The Pest Control Community blog will also include video clips from the field and images of various pests from termites and carpenter ants to hornets and bed bugs so that individuals can quickly identify pests as well as submit their own photographs that will be profiled on the blog.
