ELMHURST, Ill. — Anderson Pest Control, a pest management company with operations in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin dating to 1913, has acquired C&D Termite & Pest Control of Belleville, Ill.
Ron Hodgkins, former owner of C&D, will be responsible for leading Anderson’s marketing and growth strategy into adjacent St. Louis region. “The opportunity to join forces with an established, reputable service team such as C&D provides immediate leverage in this market ,”said Mark O’Hara, president of Anderson Pest Control.
Anderson, a Quality Pro member, now operates seven service centers providing service through Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
