Angie’s List recently announced the following companies as 2015 Super Service Award winners: Cowley's .Pest Control, Neptune City, N.J.; Scout Pest Control, Athens, Ala.; Johnson Pest Control, Sevierville, Tenn.; and Green Pest Solutions, Philadelphia/Tri-State region.
Cowley’s Pest Control — Said Bill Cowley, owner of Cowleys Pest Services. “As far as our customers are concerned, every pest invasion is an emergency, and that’s how we react. We have the expertise and resources to deal with a full range of pest control issues but the real reason we won this award is the dedication of our staff to providing outstanding customer service.”
Scout Pest Control — This is the second straight year Angie’s List recognized Scout with a Super Service award. The company began servicing the Huntsville, Madison, and Athens areas in early 2013.
Johnson Pest Control — Led by Ray Johnson, a former NPMA President, the company has been serving the Sevierville, Tenn., area since 1984.
Green Pest Solutions — Founded in 2012, Green Pest Solutions serves the Philadelphia Tri-State area (southeastern PA, south Jersey, northern Delaware). The company is led by President Matt Jesson, who noted, "We know that safety is the number one concern for our customers, which is why at Green Pest Solutions we take a family-friendly approach to pest control. Our Green Band Protection System targets invasive pests, while protecting people, pets and plants from any ill effects of pesticides."
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines. Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality. Members can find the 2015 Super Service Award logo next to company names in search results on AngiesList.com.
