Anticimex Acquires Wayne's Environmental Services

Anticimex enters Alabama and Tennessee with acquisition of Wayne's, a 50-year-old pest control firm.

Anticimex announced continued expansion in the U.S. with the acquisition of Wayne's Environmental Services.

Operating throughout Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi. Wayne's achieved more than $27 million in annual revenue 2018. With the acquisition, Anticimex further strengthens its market position across the southeastern U.S.
