ORLANDO, Fla. — Apex Pest Control recently acquired a new facility for its Orlando regional office. After increases in business, President and Founder Peter Eldridge, along with Russ Barnes, the Central Florida regional manager of more than 14 years, agreed it was time to expand, the company said.
The new 8,000 square-foot facility sits on 1.5 acres and is located at 2825 Mercy Drive, Orlando, Fla. It will house and store bulk chemical purchases for the region’s day-to-day operations, vehicle/equipment storage for six branches and also will be home to the company’s new fumigation division. The office space will accommodate more than 25 employees.
“For Apex, it is crucial that we continue to invest wisely in our infrastructure while we continue to expand throughout Florida,” Eldridge said. “This investment is a prime example of that.”
