APM Acquires Two Companies, Announces New Corporate Office

The Maryland-based firm has recently acquired Tucker’s Pest Control, Chestertown, Md., and American Termite Services, Newark, Del.

ELKTON, Md. — APM Advanced Pest Management recently acquired Tucker’s Pest Control, Chestertown, Md., and American Termite Services, Newark, Del.
 
The company’s growth also has prompted the recent purchase of a new corporate center in Elkton, Md. The property will include a new corporate office and a training center for sales, administrative and pest management education. A separate building on the property will serve as the Elkton branch location.
 
A new corporate team has also been established to keep pushing APM. Jeremy Kreer and Nam Kreer are third-generation owners and serve as the company’s president and vice-president. Nam Kreer also serves as the director of acquisitions. Mark Boggs holds the position of sales and marketing officer. Darlene Jack serves as the administrative and human resources officer and Bonnie Jacobs is the chief financial officer.

In business since 1964, APM offers residential and commercial pest management services as well as wildlife control, with offices in Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey.

The $4.5 million-a-year company also has a partner ship with Innovative Pest Management, Brookeville, Md., which is owned by Dr. Richard Kramer. This expands APM’s service area to include the Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., markets. Kramer also serves as the on-staff entomologist.
