Arrow Exterminators Acquires All Guard Pest Control

ATLANTA – Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the merger and acquisition of All Guard Pest Control in Chandler, Ariz. This deal will provide Arrow the opportunity to strengthen its presence in the South Phoenix and East Valley markets.

“When we started considering selling our business, we contacted Arrow given their reputation for the two mergers they successfully completed in Phoenix over the course of the past few years,” said All Guard Owner Matthew Kennedy.
