NAPLES, Fla. — Arrow Environmental Services, a subsidiary of Environmental Pest Service, announced it has acquired Bug Free Services, one of the largest pest control providers in Naples, Fla. The deal expands Arrow’s presence in SW FL and adds approximately $2.1 million in revenues, 13 employees and more than 3,500 new customers.
“Bug Free has built a great company over the past 20 years and we are excited for our partnership,” said Michael Rolman, senior vice president of sales and operations for EPS. “This partnership will allow us to continue to grow density in Southwest Florida by adding a high-quality pest control account base with a stellar reputation.”
Bug Free offers residential and commercial pest control services, including treatments for general pest, termites and lawn. The ownership and leadership of Bug Free will be focusing on continuing to grow their fumigation and heat treatment services.
