Arrow Exterminators Acquires Hutto Pest Services

This acquisition of Austin, Texas-based Hutto provides Arrow with its first service office in the Texas capital.

ATLANTA  – Arrow Exterminators has acquired Hutto Pest Services, Pflugerville, Texas, a suburb in northeast Austin, Texas.

Hutto Pest provides pest and termite control services to residential and commercial customers in Austin, Georgetown, Hutto, Round Rock, Taylor and surrounding communities.

Leonard Myers founded the family-owned-and-operated company with his wife, Karen, and son, Leonard, helping run business for the last 12 years.  Leonard and Karen are retiring while their son and  Hutto Pest team will remain with the company.

“I learned the importance of treating my employees and customers like family from my father-in-law more than 30 years ago and that philosophy has treated us very well.  It really has been the secret to our success,” said founder Leonard Myers.

Arrow will now run 12 service centers throughout Texas and a total of 170 offices in the country.
