Arrow Acquires Naples, Fla.-Based Attack Pest Control

ATLANTA — Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators Inc. has acquired Attack! Pest Control of Naples, Fla. This is the 73rd acquisition for Arrow Exterminators since 1988 and its second this year in Florida. This transaction was facilitated by Rand and Jay Hollon of Preferred Business Brokers in Ocala, Fla.

Attack! has provided termite control, pest control and lawn care to customers since 1984. Attack! will merge with the parent company’s Top Notch Pest Control operation which also is located in Naples. The new partnership will be based out of the current Attack! facility. Stephen Meyerhoeffer, previous owner, will continue in a consulting role, and his eight member staff will continue as well.

Ralph Gambrel, regional vice president for Top Notch, said, “We are very pleased about this opportunity in Naples. Attack! has a great reputation. Together we should generate over $2 million in annual revenue.”
