Arrow Acquires Phoenix, Ariz.-based Viking Pest Control

Arrow Exterminators has acquired Viking Pest Control of Phoenix. Viking becomes the company’s third acquisition in the state of Arizona.

ATLANTA — Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators Inc. has acquired Viking Pest Control of Phoenix, Arizona. This is the third acquisition for Arrow Exterminators this year and the 74th since 1988. Viking becomes the company’s third acquisition in the state of Arizona.

Viking Pest Control has provided termite and pest control services for customers in the Phoenix area since 1995. Viking will partner with Arrow’s anchor company for the state of Arizona, Casey’s Exterminators, which is also located in Phoenix. The Viking operation will move into the recently expanded Casey’s location. “Viking’s focus on residential pest control blends well with our Casey’s operation, which is also predominately residential pest and termite control,” said Joey Edwards, corporate vice president for Arrow. “This addition establishes Casey’s as one of the premier pest control operations in Phoenix and surrounding market areas. We will provide a full complement of services including pest, termite and mosquito service.”

Richard Hagen, previous Viking owner, will continue in a consulting role. “Richard has established a fine business in Phoenix and we consider ourselves fortunate to have it now as part of the Arrow family. There is a high level of quality service already in place and this relationship with Viking allows us to instantly expand our coverage area. We are very pleased about this opportunity,” said Edwards.
