ATLANTA, — Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators has acquired W.T. Russo Exterminating Co., Inc. of Sarasota, Fla. This is the 72nd acquisition for Arrow Exterminators since 1988.
Russo Exterminating has provided termite, pest control and lawn care to customers throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties since 1981. The company will merge into Arrow’s existing Hughes Exterminators branch in Sarasota.
Bill Russo, previous owner, will join forces with the Hughes team as will his entire former staff. Ralph Gambrel, regional vice president for Hughes, said, “We are very excited to acquire an operation with such a fine reputation, and we are looking forward to working with the talented staff that Bill Russo brings to Hughes Exterminators. Our number one goal will be customer retention.”
