ATLANTA - Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the merger and acquisition of Semarck Pest Control, a full-service company focusing on residential and commercial pest and termite control in Houston, Texas. This transaction allows Arrow the opportunity to grow and expand its Houston footprint and reach more residential and commercial customers with a full line of services and strengthens Arrow’s presence in the 4th largest city in America.
