BATON ROUGE, La. — Arrow Termite & Pest Control announced its acquisition of Ark-La-Tex Exterminators, a pest management company serving the greater Shreveport area.
Founded on July 4, 1978, by John Theo II, Ark-La-Tex Exterminators has earned a strong reputation over nearly five decades, Arrow said serving more than 1,000 customers in the region. To ensure a smooth transition, Arrow will retain Ark-La-Tex’s current pest control technicians, many with over 20 years of experience.
“We’re excited to welcome the Ark-La-Tex team to the Arrow family,” said Jacob Cohn, chief operating officer and associate certified entomologist at Arrow Termite & Pest Control. “John has built an outstanding business, and we look forward to expanding in the Shreveport area while continuing the high standard of service our customers expect and trust.”
To further connect the two companies’ legacies, Theo will remain as a consultant. Arrow said Theo will continue to offer his industry expertise to long-standing clients and share his knowledge with Arrow’s broader customer base.
