ATLANTA - Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators has acquired Spectrum Pest Solutions, located in Metro-Atlanta. This is Arrow’s fourth acquisition in Georgia this year and the 90th since 1988.
Spectrum Pest Solutions was founded in 2004 by Barry Farlett who also ran the day-to-day operations of the company. Farlett and former Spectrum employees will stay on with Arrow to assist in the expansion of their Insulation Division.
“The acquisition of Spectrum Pest Solutions enhances our Wildlife Division service offerings and helps strengthen our coverage area in Metro-Atlanta”, said Joe Thomas, Arrow’s CEO.
“The timing of this acquisition is ideal for Arrow since we see an influx of calls for the removal of wildlife during the winter months. Spectrum’s knowledgeable team is a great addition to our talented and experienced wildlife specialists and we are happy to have them on board,” added Emily Thomas, COO.
