ATLANTA — Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the merger and acquisition of Universal Pest Control in Phoenix, Ariz. This merger, the second in Phoenix in the last 45 days, further strengthens Arrow’s presence in the Phoenix market and bolsters its ability to better serve residential and commercial pest and termite customers throughout Maricopa County.
“We are so pleased to welcome the team members and the residential and commercial customers of Universal Pest Control,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and chief executive officer of Arrow Exterminators.

Universal will join the Arrow Exterminators office in Phoenix and will operate as Arrow Exterminators.
