Arrow Adds Industry Veteran Lou Rossi

ATLANTA — Arrow Exterminators announced that Lou Rossi has joined the company as an assistant region vice president for the company’s Texas operation.

In this position, Rossi will be responsible for Arrow's Dallas branch office and will provide management and leadership to Arrow’s other offices in Texas. Rossi will also be responsible for all aspects of the Dallas operation including revenue goals, growth strategy and profitability targets.

Chief Operating Officer Emily Thomas added, "His solid background in operations and proven experience in forging strong employee teams will be critical in expanding the company's reach in our Western region."

Prior to joining Arrow, Rossi was senior vice president of business development for Terminix International. Rossi spent 17 years as a division v.p. for Terminix International. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of positions in his 14 year career for Orkin Pest Control. Rossie and his wife Alice will be relocating to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
