ATLANTA – Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators has been an avid supporter of the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for over 20 years by sponsoring and participating in events hosted by this group. In previous years to celebrate Mother’s Day, Arrow has visited the Egleston and Scottish Rite locations with several hands-on activities for the children to enjoy with their parents and other patients. To continue this tradition and give back to the local community, Arrow has created a virtual butterfly release event for the families of Children’s to celebrate this holiday.
“On behalf of Arrow Exterminators, we are delighted to host a virtual Mother’s Day butterfly release with our friends at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Each year we have had the pleasure of creating special gifts and moments with the patients and releasing butterflies into the air to celebrate this holiday. This year will be no different!”
Arrow Exterminators has put together a video of the butterfly release, which was broadcasted on all televisions in the hospital, for the children to celebrate Mother’s Day this year. Along with releasing butterflies, Arrow has provided arts and crafts for the patients to do with their loved ones. Arrow is proud to partner with Children’s on this unique event to provide a memorable Mother’s Day experience for the patients and their families.
