Arrow Exterminators Acquires Allen Termite & Pest Control

ATLANTA — Arrow Exterminators has acquired Allen Termite & Pest Control in Brunswick, Ga., on the coast of Georgia. This is the second acquisition for Arrow in central Georgia this year and the 84th since 1988.

Allen Termite & Pest Control was started in 1958 by Adie Allen who later handed over the day-to-day operations to his son Henry. After a successful career servicing 1,800 satisfied customers, Henry decided to retire and subsequently sold the family business to Arrow. Arrow is excited and proud to add the former Allen employees to its growing family of pest control professionals.
 
“One of our acquisition strategies has been to expand into the southern coastal region of Georgia,” said Joe Thomas, Arrow’s CEO. “With the purchase of this fine company which the Allens have successfully built over the last half century, we have accomplished this goal.”
