ATLANTA — Arrow Exterminators announced the acquisition of B & B Pest Control in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Ralph McClendon, former owner of B & B Pest Control, purchased the business in 1985 and ran the day-to-day operations of the company for the past 21 years. “We are really excited to have the opportunity to work with the 11 dedicated employees of B & B Pest Control. Ralph and his company have a fine reputation and we will continue to deliver the high quality services they have provided their customers over the years,”, said Joe Thomas, CEO of Arrow.
“This is our third branch office in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metropolitan area and further enhances our presence in the marketplace. There are many more opportunities to expand our reach in Texas and we will continue to actively talk with other high quality companies like B & B,” said Joey Edwards, V.P. of Mergers and Acquisitions for Arrow.
