ATLANTA – Arrow Exterminators has acquired Davis Exterminators, headquartered in Panama City, Fla.
“We are very pleased to have merged with the Davis Exterminators organization which has a great reputation for service in the Florida Panhandle,” said Arrow CEO Emily Thomas Kendrick. “This office gives us 51 service centers throughout the state of Florida and a total of 186 offices in the country.“
Founded in 1966, Davis Exterminators is a full-service company providing pest and termite control service to residential and commercial customers in Destin, Lynn Haven, Panama City, Santa Rosa Beach, Seaside, Watercolor and other communities along the Emerald Coast in Florida.
Brothers Steve Davis and John Newman have operated the company since taking it over from their parents in the 1990s. Both Steve and John are retiring after successful careers of servicing customers and growing the company.
“I learned the importance of treating my employees and customers like family from my father more than 50 years ago and that philosophy has treated us extremely well over these many years”, said Davis.
Newman added, "We established ourselves as one of the most trusted pest control companies in the area and we are proud to join a fellow family-owned and operated company and be a part of the growing Arrow family here in Florida."
Davis Exterminators will ultimately operate under the Stark Exterminators brand.
