ATLANTA – Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the acquisition of Denham Pest Control, Americus, Ga. Owners Mike and Carol Denham, who acquired the company a few years ago, have continued the tradition of delivering high quality service to their base of customers. This is Arrow’s 93rd acquisition since 1988.
“We have been looking to acquire a quality pest control company in the Americus market to further strengthen our leadership position,” said Joe Thomas, Arrow’s CEO. “Denham's mix of service offerings include pest and termite services which mix well with our portfolio.”
“We are aggressively looking for merger opportunities like this one with the fine folks at Denham,” added Kevin Burns, corporate development officer, Arrow Exterminators.
